Tell us about your house. We'll set a time to come see it, usually within a few days.

We walk the house with you, look at what the weather has done, help with colors, and give you a price that won't change unless you add work.

Prep, then paint
We cover plants, floors and furniture. We wash, scrape, patch, caulk and prime, then paint with Sherwin-Williams or Benjamin Moore.

Walkthrough, then you pay
We clean up and walk the finished job with you. You pay when you're happy, and the work carries a 5-year warranty.

Questions we get a lot
It depends on the siding and the prep. As a rough guide, wood siding needs paint every three to seven years, and stucco every five to fifteen. Vinyl usually only needs paint if you want a new color. Good prep gets you to the long end, and our exterior work carries a 5-year warranty.
We wash off dirt, dust and mildew. We scrape loose and peeling paint and sand it smooth. We fill cracks and holes, caulk the gaps around windows and doors to keep moisture out, then prime. Only then do we paint.
No. There's no money down. We don't get paid until the job is done and you're happy with it.
No. The price we quote is the price you pay. It only changes if you ask us to add work, and we'll tell you the new price before we do it.
Yes. Many Denver homes built before 1978 have lead paint. We're EPA lead-safe certified to work on them safely, for your family and your neighbors.
Sherwin-Williams and Benjamin Moore are our standard. Outside, we pick the product for the surface, whether that's wood, stucco, brick, metal or a deck. We use eco-friendly products whenever we can.
Yes. We move or cover outdoor furniture and decorations, and put drop cloths or plastic over plants, grass and patios. We spray, roll and brush with care to keep overspray where it belongs.
Yes. We check your association's approved colors and steps before we start, so you don't paint twice. We've worked with plenty of HOAs around Denver and know the process.
